Paul can also create additional agents to allow them to upload their own content. The maintenance section of the site permits Paul to monitor agents, and check what content they’ve uploaded. Paul has found the system extremely flexible and easy to use.

To promote the site, Craigstrong.com publishes a newsletter that buyers can subscribe to. Once a month Paul sends them the newsletter to show what the latest offers are. Craigstrong also relies on traditional advertising in magazines, these adverts can be created directly from content on the website.
